Training Directors

Training without inspiration is rarely effective. John Fenton Training has developed a highly skilled training team to train and coach delegates throughout the UK. As a fast growing and expanding organisation, we are looking for top-flight sales and sales management training directors to join the existing team, to design and deliver tailored training solutions to John Fenton Training's UK customer base.

We are interested in professional trainer's who meet the criteria below and who are prepared to travel and work throughout all regions of the UK.

• Have a proven track record in sales and sales management within a solution/consultative sales environment
• Credibility/experience in selling at Director/Senior Management level
• Have a minimum of 5 years training delivery experience (multi-sector experience is preferred)
• Must be able to deliver a number of John Fenton Training's existing open Master Classes
• Be prepared to sit on John Fenton Training Master Classes as a delegate
• Have the ability to identify customers exact needs and therefore recommend and develop an appropriate training and development programme.
• Have an effective consultative style, coupled with excellent presentation skills, enthusiasm and integrity.

The role is to build close relationships with existing and potential customers, develop a thorough understanding of customer requirements, design and deliver a range of structured training programmes and consultancy packages into all sectors of industry and commerce.
